HDPE POLY PIPE INSTALLATION
HDPE POLY PIPE INSTALLATION
In West Texas, water is an invaluable resource. It is life. With it, life and production flourish. Without it, much of the land would be left barren or at least unproductive. One challenge that we face is distributing that water from a source to other areas where it is needed to increase production, be it for livestock, crops, wildlife, or even residential.
Symco has the perfect solution to many water distribution scenarios. We have the ability to install miles of water line quickly and economically using High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) poly pipe and a specialized plow pulled by a bulldozer. Our equipment is designed to install poly pipe sizes from 1 inch to 4 inch to depths of up to 5 feet deep with minimal soil disturbance. The pipe plow works quite well in most terrain of Texas. We are able to get pipe in the ground in most conditions other than solid rock.
HDPE pipe offers exceptional strength and durability along with corrosion and freeze resistance. It is a lifetime product that should give decades of trouble free service. As with any investment you make in your land, you want to protect your poly pipeline the best you can. Left on the surface, it is vulnerable to damage by wildfires, rodents, tracked equipment and other traffic. Never leave your poly pipe on top of the ground again with this economical installation option available.
Our pipeline installation goes hand in hand with the water storage tanks and water troughs that we also build. We have the capability to overhaul or add to your existing water system or build a complete new system from scratch. Symco has the equipment, tools, and know how to lay out and install the pipeline, fuse joints, valves, and transitions, and tie into existing or new fixtures in your water system. We can even bury a pipeline that has previously been installed and left on the surface.
